Parent GroupWCA is blessed to have a very active and effective Parent Group. The contribution of every parent’s time, talent and resources are vital to our students. Having a child enrolled at WCA automatically makes you are part of the Woodlawn Parent Group. It’s that easy!
Everyone is welcome to serve on the board. The only requirement is consistent attendance at the monthly meetings. Please notify Mrs. Tollefson of your desire to serve on this important board.
The Parent Group hosts several annual events that raise funds for WCA’s various projects and programs. Annual fundraising events include our Friends of Woodlawn Dinner, WCA Spirit Nights and a Student Walkathon.
Past projects have included the purchase of classroom Smart Boards, 40 iPads for student use, our WCA van, and art and music programs.
